In 1997 Bentley Motors updated the famous “winged B” badge; the first car to display the new version was the ’97 Arnage.

Neil Oliver, redesigned and hand carved a 3-dimensional model for the badge makers to use to produce the new badge. Neil still has the model which is made of Plaster of Paris here at his workshop.
Bentley Motors are still using the badge that Neil redesigned and a review article appeared in Motors-North when they test drove the latest Bentley coupĂ© the Continental GT back in the summer of 2009; the journalist was kind enough to bring the car to Neil’s workshop so Neil was able to sample a short ride in this luxurious car and see the badge in situ.
